Does A to Z Messaging require a contract?

No - A to Z Messaging's services are provided on a month-to-month agreement.
 

What if I don't want my caller to know that I use an answering service?

Just let us know how you would like us to identify ourselves to your callers. We can be your assistant, receptionist, answering service or whatever you prefer. Our goal is to be a seamless extension of your company.
 

Will I be charged a set-up fee? 

No - A to Z Messaging does not believe in charging you to set up your account. 
 

Will our calls be outsourced to another company?

Absolutely not! Your calls will always be handled by A to Z Messaging employees and never outsourced to another company or overseas. 
 

Do you charge by the minute or per call?

We charge per call. Charging this way means your callers receive better service and you save money.
 

Are calls recorded?

Yes! All of our calls are recorded for quality purposes.
 

How will your operator know how to answer our calls and where to send the messages?

Our operators will handle your calls according to the instructions you provide. How you want your callers greeted, special notes, questions you would like asked and message delivery instructions are all available to our operators on a pop-up screen when the call comes in. 
 

How will we receive our messages?

Your messages can be emailed, faxed, texted or phoned to you. 
 

What is your billing cycle?

Unlike some companies that bill every 28 days (13x/yr), we will monthly (12x/yr), saving you money.
